Salvage Z650 project need electrical parts lead

I'm new here and need your help! I picked up a 2021 Kawasaki Z650 ABS from a salvage auction in Louisiana. It was flooded, but after some work, it runs great! Texas requires me to swap out the electrical parts, wiring, ECU, everything to pass inspection. Does anyone know where I can find a wrecked or parted-out Z650, or a good online place to buy these parts cheap?

Any advice would be great. I really want to get this bike on the road legally.

Hit up regional salvage yards that sell used parts, you might even call around to motorcycle wreckers with Z650 inventory and yeah dont miss on kawasaki dealer service departments, they can sometimes part out crash or flood units at reasonable prices (at least I know they used to do that like 5 years ago)

Texas inspection laws are overkill, forcing full electrical swaps on a running flood bike feels more like bureaucracy than actual safety.

You might want to give eBay, Partzilla, and Facebook Marketplace a shot. Don't forget to visit motorcycle salvage yards to see if they have a Z650 that's been taken apart. It's a good idea to look for a full harness and ECU from a bike with a clean title.

For original electrical parts, take a look at BikeBandit and Rocky Mountain ATV. Also, try searching for Z650 owner groups on Facebook, people often sell parts from bikes they're taking apart. Just be certain that any ECU you get is a match for your VIN to dodge any immobilizer problems.
