Thinking of adding a slip on exhaust

Just a random question for you all. What do you thinking about adding a slip on exhaust? will it hurt the engine? I'm worried about the engine not having enough fuel.
will the bike's computer and oxygen sensor would just figure things out and adjust the fuel by themselves since there's less air blockage? thanks everyone!

Slip on won't hurt the engine at all, if you're just swapping the muffler and leaving the rest of the exhaust system and the cat intact, the ECU and O2 sensor will usually compensate just fine for the minor change in airflow

What @Athumb.nail is true, but there's something else you'll need to know. Adding additional mods, for example an intake, means you'll need to install a controller or do an ecu flash so that you can get everything to work in harmony. What exhaust do you have in mine?

I did that once with my old FZ6. I just put on a Two Brothers slip-on and let the regular computer stuff take care of it. No problems. It just sounded better, and the middle range was a little smoother. If you're just changing the muffler, you should be fine.
